IBAN Cloud is operated by SKY7 Fintech Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 15764792), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. Contact us at onboarding@ibancloud.com.
These terms cover ibancloud.com and authorised previews on ibancloud.dev. They apply to website use by individuals and by people acting for businesses or institutions. If you act for someone else, you must have authority to provide information and request the relevant discussion.
2. Website use is not a banking engagement
You may use the website to understand our approach and request an assessment. Sending a questionnaire is an invitation to discuss your requirements. It does not open an account, submit an application to a bank, appoint us as your agent or create a paid service contract.
The scope of any paid work, fees, responsibilities and any applicable cancellation rights will be set out in separate engagement terms before that work begins. Those terms govern the engagement; these terms continue to govern website use.
The assessment is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Please contact us before providing information about a person who is under 18.
3. Our role and provider decisions
IBAN Cloud helps clarify requirements, prepare account briefs and coordinate introductions and follow-up. We are not a bank, do not hold deposits or client funds, and do not provide payment accounts through this website.
Each bank, electronic money institution or payment provider decides whether to accept an applicant, which services it can offer and on what terms. An introduction, shortlist or assessment is not a guarantee of approval, a particular account country, pricing, payment capability, timing or continued service.
References to countries, account types, payment rails and institutions describe potential requirements. They are not an assurance that a specific provider or product is available to you. Provider fees, limits, protections and contractual terms must be reviewed separately before you proceed.
4. Information and illustrations
Website content is general information for initial scoping, not advice tailored to your circumstances. Obtain appropriate legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice before relying on an account structure or making a commitment.
Account maps, workflow statuses and animated IBAN or SWIFT/BIC strings are illustrations, not account credentials, payment instructions or evidence of a banking relationship. Never send funds using an identifier shown in an illustration.
We aim to keep the content useful and accurate, but provider criteria and market conditions can change. Confirm current information with us and the relevant provider before acting.
5. Your assessment and information
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, relevant to the enquiry and lawful for you to share. Tell us if a material detail changes. If you provide personal data about directors, owners or other people, give them the privacy notice and ensure that you are authorised and have a lawful basis to share it.
The questionnaire is a preliminary assessment, not a document vault. Do not enter identity-document or personal tax numbers, account or card numbers, passwords, private keys, document links, or unnecessary sensitive information. No files are uploaded through the assessment. Provide supporting evidence only when and as separately agreed with us.
Your submission is handled as described in our privacy notice. We may ask for clarification and discuss the routes available for your profile. If we cannot identify a suitable route, we will let you know. If you have a question about a submission, contact us at onboarding@ibancloud.com rather than resubmitting the same sensitive information.
6. Use the website responsibly
You may browse, link to pages accurately and keep reasonable extracts for your own assessment of our services. The website content and branding remain our property or the property of the relevant rights holder; this permission does not transfer intellectual property rights.
Automated access and reuse of public content expressly permitted by our AI use policy are allowed under that policy.
- Do not impersonate another person, misstate authority or submit misleading or unauthorised information.
- Do not introduce malware, spam the forms, interfere with other users or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Except as expressly permitted by our AI use policy, do not bulk-copy or commercially republish the content. Do not use our branding to imply an affiliation that has not been agreed.

- Do not share restricted preview credentials without permission.
